Skokholm Island Ringing

An expedition primarily for licensed Ringers due to shortage of accommodation.

Skokholm Island is an internationally important seabird haven.
It was Britain’s first Bird Observatory and is an amazing place to experience migration.
Skokholm is located off the South Western tip of Pembrokeshire and is part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Important Visits are from Monday to Monday due to boat sailing schedules.

Boat fare is extra and paid direct to boatman in cash – £25 return.

Please note that when staying overnight on the island it is not possible to park overnight in the National Trust car park, cars should all be parked at West Hook Farm (overnight parking £8 a night or £18 for a week). Please make sure you bring cash with you in order to pay for parking.
